FCI, established in 2000, brings 20 years of leadership into the St. Louis Area Market, with special emphasis placed on Educational Facilities, Historical Rehabilitation, Office Environment and Governemtnal Public Services Facilities.

Qualifications:

Our Construction and Management personnel combined, have successfully completed project for retail, educational, medical, manufacturing, financial, theme park, and industrial clients. Responsibilities on projects have included design, permit acquisition, general contracting and sub-contracting, utilization and feasibility studies, budgeting, contract administration and scheduling
